This unique boating event showcases high performance boats, roaring through the waters of Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan on a breathtaking 150-mile excursion to get the best poker hand. The day includes 5 card stops in Elk Rapids, Northport, Bay Harbor, Harbor Springs and Horton Bay, with a stop for lunch in Charlevoix. The event draw hundreds of participating boaters and thousands of spectators with proceeds from the event benefiting Camp Quality, Challenge Mountain and Boyne City Main Street. What is better for dinner – and supporting a great cause – than your choice of unique local food, drink and dessert choices at the Annual Food Truck Rally. Food trucks and other exciting food vendors from northern Michigan circle ’round the park for ease of finding exactly what everyone in your family would like to taste. Picnic tables are available. Hosted by Boyne City Farmers Market, the proceeds of this casual event benefit the continued renovation of the community pavilion.

Saturday, September 25, 2021, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The last Saturday in September brings the Harvest Festival, held in Boyne City’s downtown with music, crafts, children’s activities, fall produce and more. The event is hosted by Boyne City Main Street. The entire Boyne City Farmers Market moves to Water and Lake Streets selling a variety of fall produce including apples, carrots, broccoli, mums, pumpkins, squash, apple butter, jam, honey and cider. Portions of Water Street will be closed to traffic during the festival to make room for the Farmers Market, music and more than 30 arts and craft vendors.

The 2021 vendor application will be available mid-July.
